Sometimes different designs need different sized cutters, but often these cutters can work with many different designs. To save you money, we have assigned a number to different sized cutters, so check if you have one before buying another!

    INFO & UPDATES

    Our cutters are 17mm deep, including a thick curved handle for comfortable use. They have a sharp cutting blade and strong walls, which makes them sturdy and durable for regular use. Sizing refers to the largest dimension.

    Update
    We no longer use bars on our cookie cutters, as feedback revealed customers preferred them without as they sometimes imprinted into the fondant. We therefore have worked hard to keep the stability you get from a cutter with bars, but without the bars! Please bear with us while we collect some new photographs of our products being used with the new cutters, so for now, you can ignore any bars you see in photos!

    HOW TO: CUTTERS

    We recommend sprinkling your working surface with cornflour to avoid sticking.

    • Roll out your dough or fondant evenly to your desired thickness.
    • Firmly press your cutter into the dough or fondant. We recommend removing the excess fondant first, and then giving the cutter a little wiggle on the surface to remove any excess fondant, which leaves a beautiful clean cut. If you do this, make sure the fondant hasn't become stuck to your surface, or it won't wiggle, it will bend!
    • Please note, that this is just our recommendation, and many bakers have found methods that work best for them.

    OTHER

    • This item is not dishwasher friendly. Please wash thoroughly with soapy warm water.
    • Colour may differ due to availability. We recommend washing all items before using them first, as they are made in a working environment and whilst all efforts are made to thoroughly wash them, remaining particles can still be left over. Products have been made using 3D printing technology, which means minor imperfections sometimes occur, but they have no impact on its use!

    SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    We are currently aiming to dispatch orders within 1 week but we always recommend giving approximately 10 working days notice for your order to be dispatched, so if you have a deadline please get in touch for a more accurate timescale. I'll always do my best to rush out an order where it is possible. If you place an order with a sale discount code, please allow up to 2/3 weeks.

    It's important to remember that dispatch & delivery are two different things. Dispatch / turn around time is the time it takes a consumer to make a product, whereas delivery refers to how quick you want Royal Mail to aim to deliver your order. For example, if you purchase a 24 hour shipping option, you can expect your order in 24 hours PLUS the amount of days it takes for the order to be made.
