SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Current turn around times as of February -
We are currently aiming to dispatch orders within 10 working days. This is an estimate so please bear that in mind. Once our machine is repaired, so we have them all up and running again, we aim to have orders shipped quicker than ever due to having some extra help with packing orders going forward. Thank you!
It's important to remember that dispatch & delivery are two different things. Dispatch / turn around time is the time it takes a consumer to make a product, whereas delivery refers to how quick you want Royal Mail to aim to deliver your order. For example, if you purchase a 24 hour shipping option, you can expect your order in 24 hours PLUS the amount of days it takes for the order to be made.
