Dispatch / turn around time is the time it takes a consumer to make a product, whereas delivery refers to how quick you want Royal Mail to aim to deliver your order. For example, if you purchase a 24 hour shipping option, you can expect your order in 24 hours PLUS the amount of days it takes for the order to be made.
